Patch Tests

All lash extensions and tint require a patch test 48 hours before

Cancellation Policies

We require a 24 hour notice to cancel or move your appointment otherwise we will ask for 50% of the cost of your appointment.

No shows will also be asked for 50% of the treatment for the costs of booked treatment.

What we ask of you

Please try to arrive on time, if you happen to be 15 minutes late or more we will try to carry out your appointment in the time we have, although this is not always possible, you will still be charged 100% of your appointment.

If paying in cash please bring the exact amount.

Please inform us before your appointment if you would like added treatments, such as nail art, to make sure we have enough time to perfect your treatment.
